Ebubekir Tivnikli, who completed his undergraduate education in Business Management at Marmara University, started his professional career in the Commercial Banking Sales department at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. Later, he held positions as the Assistant Purchasing Director at Dicle Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. and as Purchasing Director at Eksim Yatırım Holding. Subsequently, he served as a Board Member and Head of Supply Chain at Eksim Yatırım Holding, Eksun Gıda, and Dicle Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Board at Eksim Yatırım Holding, Dicle Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş., Eksim Enerji A.Ş., Dicle Kök Enerji Yatırım A.Ş., and Eksun Gıda Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Born in 1959 in Sinop, Osman Arıoğlu graduated from İzmir Karataş High School in 1975 and from the Faculty of Political Science, Department of Economics and Finance at Ankara University in 1979. He started his career in 1980 after passing the Assistant Auditor exam by the Ministry of Finance. In 1984, he passed the qualification exam and was appointed as an Account Specialist. In 1988-1989, he was sent to England by the Ministry of Finance to conduct studies and investigations on municipal revenues.. From 1989 to 1994, he served as Deputy Treasurerof Istanbul, and from 1994 to 1999, he was Assistant General Manager of Revenuesat the Ministry of Finance. In 1999, Mr. Arıoğlu served as the Director General of Revenues for a while and was reappointed as the Director General of Revenues in 2002. In 2005, with the establishment of the Revenue Administration, Mr. Arıoğlu assumed the position of the Revenue Administration and remained in this position until his retirement at the end of 2007. Between 2003 and 2008, he served as a member of the Joint Board of Directors of Public Banks and as a member of the Board of Directors of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. He was among the founders of AKT Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. and Cc Yapı A.Ş. and served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cc Yapı A.Ş. for a whileAdditionally, he founded his own consultancy, Arıoğlu İş Geliştirme ve Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ltd. Şti. He has been the Deputy Chairman of the Board at Eksim Yatırım Holding since 2016 and serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board at Eksun Gıda.

Born in Üsküdar, Istanbul, in 1990, Mustafa Tivnikli completed his undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Sabancı University. After graduation, he started his career as a Management Trainee at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. He later worked as a Budget Reporting Specialist at Eksim Yatırım Holding and was promoted to the position of Budget Reporting Manager at Eksun Gıda. He currently serves as a Board Member at Eksun Gıda and Eksim Yatırım Holding, as well as Head of Supply Chain at Eksim Yatırım Holding.

He was born in Istanbul in 1985. Usta completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul Commerce University, Department of Business Administration, and later completed his master's degree at Istanbul Bilgi University, MBA program. He began his professional career as Assistant Product Manager at Mersa Elektronik ve Teknolojik Ürünler Ticaret A.Ş. and later served as Product Manager and Sales Manager at PENTA Teknoloji Ürünleri Dağıtım Ticaret A.Ş. After that, Usta worked as Sales and Marketing Manager at Ersa Import and Trade Inc. and continues his professional life as a member of the Board of Directors at Eksun Gıda.

Ali Rıza Alaboyun began his professional career in the public sector, serving at the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration (MTA) and the General Directorate of Mining Affairs. He later moved to the private sector as the Founding General Manager of AFS Boru Sanayi A.Ş. In subsequent years, he served as Deputy General Manager and Member of the Board of ETİBANK, and as a Member of the Board of ETİMİNE SA, while taking part in various advisory boards in the energy and mining sectors.

Alaboyun was elected to the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye as a Member of Parliament for Aksaray for three consecutive terms, serving on commissions focused on EU harmonization, foreign affairs and parliamentary diplomacy. He later served as Minister of Energy and Natural Resources in the 63rd Government and as Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources in the 64th Government. Following these roles, he acted as Chairman of the Board of Bera Holding and subsequently became Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of NewBridge Government Affairs and Consulting.

Born in Aksaray in 1957, Alaboyun graduated from the Faculty of Mines at Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Mining Engineering and completed his postgraduate studies in mineral processing and engineering management at Penn State University in the United States. He speaks English fluently and has extensive experience in the fields of energy, mining, defence, public affairs and foreign policy.

Prof. Dr. İlhan Erdoğan began his academic career at Istanbul University, initially at the Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Behavioral Sciences. Focusing on behavioral sciences and management, he obtained his PhD in 1974, became an Associate Professor in 1979 and was appointed Professor in 1988. Throughout his academic journey, he participated in various professional review, research and training programs in Europe and the United States.

Erdoğan has carried out both academic and applied work in psychotechnical practices in enterprises, behavioral analyses, personnel selection and organizational structuring. He has served as a consultant, general manager, board member and executive committee member in numerous organizations across the public and private sectors. At Istanbul University, he served as a Faculty Member at the Faculty of Business Administration, Director of the Behavioral Sciences Research Center and Head of the Department of Behavioral Sciences. After his retirement in 2010, he continued to provide consultancy services and to serve on the boards of various companies.

Born in 1950 in the Darende district of Malatya, Erdoğan graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. He is the author of numerous books and academic publications in the fields of management and behavioral sciences.

Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir built his academic background in aeronautical and mechanical engineering, specialising in solid mechanics, materials science, nanotechnology and micro-electromechanical systems. He served as a faculty member at various universities in Türkiye and abroad, conducting research and teaching in these fields.

Demir continued his professional career at Turkish Airlines (THY), where he began in the Training Department and later served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Technical Affairs and as General Manager of THY Technic. During this period, he led strategic partnerships in engine, cabin interior and seating systems, contributing significantly to the global growth of THY Technic. Between 2014 and 2023, he served first as Undersecretary for Defence Industries and subsequently as President of Defence Industries, playing a leading role in the development of Türkiye’s indigenous and national defence industry projects. He has chaired the boards of various defence industry companies and contributed to the realization of numerous critical projects.

Born in Elazığ in 1960, Demir graduated from the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He completed his master’s degrees at the University of Michigan and Purdue University in the United States and obtained his PhD in mechanical engineering from Washington State University. He currently continues his academic work at Istanbul Ticaret University, Faculty of Engineering.
