Prof. Dr. İlhan ERDOĞAN

Prof. Dr. İlhan Erdoğan began his academic career at Istanbul University, initially at the Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Behavioral Sciences. Focusing on behavioral sciences and management, he obtained his PhD in 1974, became an Associate Professor in 1979 and was appointed Professor in 1988. Throughout his academic journey, he participated in various professional review, research and training programs in Europe and the United States.
Erdoğan has carried out both academic and applied work in psychotechnical practices in enterprises, behavioral analyses, personnel selection and organizational structuring. He has served as a consultant, general manager, board member and executive committee member in numerous organizations across the public and private sectors. At Istanbul University, he served as a Faculty Member at the Faculty of Business Administration, Director of the Behavioral Sciences Research Center and Head of the Department of Behavioral Sciences. After his retirement in 2010, he continued to provide consultancy services and to serve on the boards of various companies.
Born in 1950 in the Darende district of Malatya, Erdoğan graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. He is the author of numerous books and academic publications in the fields of management and behavioral sciences.
